What is included in the price?
The mentioned price includes electricity consumption, water consumption, wood for a fireplace, sauna, swimming pool, TV… everything in the cottage. Have a look at the photos and details about our cottage in the section About.
Deposit
We demand a refundable deposit of 5000 CZK (cash only, EUR accepted) after your arrival. If nothing happens, you get your deposit back.

FAQ
Can I take my dog with me?
Of course, 150 CZK/day is charged for your pet.
The duration of stay does not suit me. Is any individual offer possible?

We are less than 10 people, can we get a discount?
If you want to come in two only, we will offer a special price for you. Otherwise, the price remains unchanged.
We are more than 10 people, what to do then?
The cottage is rented for max. 10 people – 5 bedrooms (each has two beds). In case you do not mind spending a night in a sleeping bag on a mat, you are also welcomed. Due to cleaning costs, 250CZK/night/person is charged.
What about the Internet in the cottage?
The cottage has a Starlink satellite connection, which reaches speeds of around 300 Mbps / 20 Mbps (down/up). Zoom or Teams can handle it without a problem. Latency for gaming is around 30-40ms. Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage.
Which TV channels are available?
In the cottage, there is a big (55”) Smart TV with all Czech channels (Skylink) and some German channels. Further, a DVD player, Netflix, YouTube, or HDMI connection are available.
Is the backyard fenced?
Yes, the whole backyard is fenced. We are constantly updating the gallery, so you may come over some photos of an unfenced cottage.
I will come by car, is there any place for parking?
Right by the cottage, up to five cars can be parked.
Is the cottage in a quiet place?
The cottage is located in a resort with other cottages. The biggest advantage of our cottage is that it is situated on the very edge of this area – you will not be disturbed as there is a forest just behind the backyard.
Is there a pub, restaurant or shop nearby?
There is none of them in the village. The closest store and restaurant is in Nova Paka, which is around 9 Km by car.
Is the pool heated whole year?
The pool is heated only during summer and based on the weather, it can be heated in spring or fall. Usually, we start the heating in May and stop it in September.
Do you have a coffe machine?
Yes, there is a coffee machine available. On your arrival, you will get a pack of 10 capsules for free. The capsules are available in the Lidl store.
